Everything. The owner was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The accommodations far exceeded my expectations. The location was very close to everything I wanted/needed. The staff were helpful and really made my stay there comfortable. The food in the restaurant was enjoyable. By far the most comfortable and pleasant place that I have stayed in Thailand. I have visited Thailand many times and this place was perfect for my needs. Looking forward to staying here again on my next venture to Thailand. P.S: It was a treat to have hot water in the shower and A/C that was working properly. Also loved having the balcony
Want can I say? There wasn't anything that I didn't like about my stay at Rose Garden Guest House.

Not far from old train station .close to very busy night market for food.great granila fruit and yogurt.and omellettes were awesome.
Big room but small tv .also a couple of mesh slip mats in toilet /shower would have been a nice touch .because always wary about slipping over .and the stairs were quite steep .really small niggly things for me .other people will probably not even notice .but im 60 lol.
