De locatie van het huis ten opzichte van de zee en de dorpjes.
Het huis en de inrichting zijn erg gedateerd en hebben erg een jaren 70-80 gevoel. De tuin (voor/achter) is erg groot en heeft een omheining/hekwerk en dat was erg prettig voor onze hond. De tuin en de bomen moeten wel grondig gesnoeid worden want het ziet erg verwaarloosd uit. Het huis heeft geen ventilatoren en/of airco's en dat is eigenlijk wel aan te raden omdat het in deze streek erg warm kan worden. Het huis is moeilijk koel te houden/krijgen.
