Lovely and cosy place in a quiet street away from the crowds of the Lanes in Central Brighton. I was a good 25/30 minutes to reach the centre but we like walking. We also discovered Queens Park, a beautiful park nearby where we could enjoy cooler air/ atmosphere on a very hot weekend. The hosts were very accommodating with the timings when we left and we were extremely grateful for that! Highly recommended place!

Nothing really. We will definitely recommend to friends or even come back ourselves.

Nice touches with the extras plus the fridge. There was good quality tea and coffee but could have done with some small milk sachets. (A shop is close by and a nice pub) Great shower and bathroom. Super clean and lovely paintings & decor.

My partner felt the bed was too hard but I was fine with it. The seagulls like squawking early in the morning but that's probably normal for Brighton.

The room (and the bed) was super comfy and spacious, with a private bathroom and a really nice bathtub to relax after a busy day. The host was incredibly accommodating to my (changing) schedule and requests, and made the whole checking in and out very easy. There's a small grocery shop nearby.

The tiny fridge was a bit noisy and not keeping stuff cold enough, but was easy to disconnect.
