Collection O De Alphabet Hotel

My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The receptionist, ***, was extremely rude and unhelpful from the beginning. He gave us the worst room available and, when we asked to see better options, he kept insisting that it was the only room they had, even though it seemed there were better rooms available in the same hotel. When I asked to speak to his manager, he claimed that he was the manager, which was confusing because he appeared to be just the receptionist. I felt completely helpless at that point, especially since Agoda also refused to provide a refund, and he was the only point of contact available to us. Later, another receptionist named Vijay was much more helpful and provided us with a better room, which made it clear that options were available after all. I also found ***to be very money-minded and intentionally difficult. During our 8-day stay, I asked for an extra pillow, and he said it would cost Rs. ***per day, which would add up to Rs. *** for the stay. This felt unreasonable, as it was only a pillow, not an extra bed. Overall, I felt trapped and stressed during my stay because of *** behavior and his refusal to connect me with anyone higher up who could help.

Coperative staff clean room overall good experience

The room is clean, but it is very small compared to what is seen in the site images. They show basic facilities like electric kettle, but staff says that it's not available in any rooms. Moreover my booking came with free breakfast, but on arrival the staff says breakfast is not available in the hotel. I am highly confused. The location is outskirts of Hyderabad, and there's very limited options for breakfast or dinner.
