    Reception staff was very unpleasant. I booked in early hours but the staff had been arguing about their usual check-in hours. I don't know whether it's Agoda mistake or the hotel. I was waited until 30 minutes and later they allowed to check-in. Poor network, I was surprised that I was staying in Hyderabad. Numerous questions about the payments. Did really Agoda hasn't communicated to the Hotel. Experience was awful. Room was tidy and I stayed for 7 hours.
