Casa Talia Calefati - Near Castello Svevo

La signora Roberta anche a distanza e’ stata presente e disponibilissima. Ci ha avvisato che il giorno prima la lavastoviglie è andata in blocco e ci ha fornito tutto l’occorrente in plastica ed in più ci ha omaggiato di una bottiglia di buon vino Nero di Troia. La casa è pulitissima, comoda, arredata con gusto e centrale a tutti i punti di interesse della bellissima Bari. Davvero complimenti Roberta.

The apartment is located a 20-minute walk from the train station, which makes it easy to travel to other cities in the area. In addition, there are many shops nearby. It is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with basic utensils. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage for an extra hour after check-out and responded to our requests for help regarding noise from the neighbors at night.

Out of the 6 nights we stayed there, on 3 nights we were unable to sleep because of noise from the neighboring apartment (furniture being moved around, shouting, or riding a scooter inside the apartment). On one of those nights, we couldn’t sleep from midnight until 4 a.m., and on two other nights until after midnight. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved during our stay, but we were refunded 30% of the booking amount. The shower in the bathroom is not tiled (no ceramic tiles); it is unfinished cement, which makes it difficult to dry and causes a sewage smell.

Unfortunately there was a problem with hot water and we were ought to cancel our booking in this great Appartement and change the place , we stayed one night and for the other 3 nights we booked another place not so great and unfortunately we have gor only 50% refund from booking but we stayed just a night
