Locatie op loopafstand van historisch centrum. De inrichting was vernieuwd en schoon. De bedden waren comfortabel
Absolute afwezigheid van personeel waar je praktische vragen kon stellen. Leek wel hotel Californië. Hels karwei om de koffers langs een steile trap naar boven te sjouwen uiteraard ook weer naar beneden. Het zogenaamde balkon was niet meer dan een raam met uitzicht op een oerlelijke binnenplaats. De koffieautomaat werkte niet en de douche, kompleet met ouderwets gordijn, was kwa afmeting ruim onder de maat. Omdat de afvoer niet goed werkte stond de badkamer al gauw onder water. Omdat er nauweliks direct daglicht binnen kwam, maakte het appartement een wat benauwde indruk.
