Dart Marina - Luxury apartment on Marina

Super position over looking the river & Higher Ferry crossing & exceptionally clean. Fantastic to have parking on site. Short stroll into the centre of town. Wonderful watching the old steam train pass by on the other side of river

The Sofa & armchair. As already mentioned by others it looks good but is very uncomfortable due to the interior of the cushions being crushed - this does need to be repaired/ replaced. Would this stop us using the flat again.but for stop us rating this 10

The location and closeness to the town and the views from the living room

Extremely uncomfortable sofa and chairs, only fit for the tip! Fitted sheet too small, not fitting properly and elastic on topper gone! Pillow cases too small , not what you would expect when you are paying this sort of money

The position of this apartment is perfect & the view of the river & the ferry is wonderful. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Parking space. Big TV & good WiFi. Kitchen/ Lounge on the 2nd floor which allows a good veiw & bedrooms downstairs is fine. Easy access with lift & key-lock. Great food at the "Floating Bridge Pub" nextdoor.

As recently said by others, the 3 piece suite is very low & rather uncomfortable, especially for tall or elderly people. The pillows on the bed were very hard & different sizes, therefore need to get new ones. Also the towels need replacing as very thin. The extractor fan in the bathroom needs a good clean. There is no fan available to use in any room & with the hot weather, would have been a necessary item to be included. (There was a little plastic paper fan by each bed...not a lot of use.) For the price paid for 6 nights, we think a little welcome pack would have been included, not just a couple of milk sachets.

Very clean

The noise from generaters/ air conditioning units from the adjoining hotel It was virtually constant
