FANTASTIC APARTMENT!!! Note I base the review on approximately 10 different units that I visited 3/26-4/10 in region of former Yugoslavia. This one was by far the best. I will start from beginning: a great communication with the owner. The owner was easily accessible using Booking messages as well as Viber (text and voice). The owner directed me where to park, where to find a key (a lockbox with a mechanical key mechanism), how to enter the building, how to turn on heating. The apartment was extremely clean and lit. The unit is fantastically equipped. Additional equipment/supplies that did not exist in other units that I utilized: extra extension cord, phone charger, plenty of extra tootbrushes, two extra toothpastes, well equipped bar in the refrigerator, even some wine on the table. The whole decoration indicates someone who is skilled in interior design and takes care about the needs of a traveler. The bathroom was well supplied with shampoos and soaps. In addition, the owner paid for me the parking that was 3-4 minutes walking distance from the unit. The unit itself is in downtown Bijeljina (also a couple of minutes of easy walk). A short distance from the unit is a grocery store and a number of coffee bars and a great fast food gyros premise where I enjoyed my late night meal. Last but not the least: after I'd forgotten something in the fridge and already left Bijeljina, the owner contacted me and sent to me (via coach) the forgotten items. Note these items were of high value for my spouse; the owner went much further from their usual duty and helped. What a great person, what a fantastic experience. IF YOU GO TO BIJELJINA, RENT FROM THIS PERSON!
Absolutely everything was fine. I really cannot recall anything could be better.

The property exceeded our expectations. It is in an older building, but completely renovated, with a very nice design and everything that one (or a couple) might need even for a prolonged stay. There's a comfortable living room, a spacious bedroom with a decent sized bed, and a tiny but well-equipped bathroom. The small kitchen contains everything one might need.
The host is very nice, easy to talk to, and the check-in/check-out was super easy.
