"Lovely little getaway . Peaceful weekend away. Only 10 minutes from Mersea Island which is well worth a visit. Good for walking our dog too. On arrival there was even a nice welcome pack."

Very cosy, clean, comfortable and very good value for money

The property was clean and the host was very friendly. The extra touches of milk, bread and coffee pods for the machine
The closeness to the very busy road and noise of traffic constantly. The bedroom was in the roof of the annex and got very hot during the high temperatures but couldn’t open windows due to traffic noise which we are not used to. The outside space was compact and no shade cover or real view due to bushes.

That we couldn't sleep 😴 as a pump was going off from after midnight till after 4 in morning both days we was there . Not a relaxing break. Did video how Loud it was . Sent to host's
