The garden and pool area were cozy and the living rooms upstairs. The location is also excellent.
The downstairs apartment was very moldy, so it was not possible to sleep there. The host reported that the apartment had water damage and that a dehumidifier had been installed in the room and the air conditioner was in drying mode, so the host was aware of the problem in advance, but we were not told about it. However, we had to move the beds upstairs ourselves, where 8 of us slept in three rooms. A good night's sleep is important on vacation, so a four-person bunk bed is not what I was looking for on vacation. The whole process of figuring this out with the houst and Booking was also very difficult.

Bedrooms were big and very comfortable, outdoor space was lovely. House location was only 10-15min walk to old town & marina area. Location was perfect for the old town& marina areas only. We felt the area was also safe.
House location is far from a sandy beach. The closest beach is by the marina but this beach has no sand or area to lay on. For a sandy beach, it is a 25-30min walking distance (Nea Chora), location was further than expected to a sandy beach.
