Beautiful, tranquil surroundings. The guided foraging trip was wonderful.

We had reserved the hot tub but it really couldn't heat so we couldn't use it.

The property is surrounded by very beautiful nature, there are a few ponds and a river next to it. There were a few cats roaming around, which was a very pleasant surprise. The property is based at the end of the owners lot, which means quite secluded and silent. There was a projector inside to use as a TV, was possible to connect with a phone, fridge was quite big. There was a place to grill and plenty of wood for that as well. The property is made from wood so random crack noises happened at random times, but it was not distracting or too loud.

- A lot of kitchen utensils and pots were dirty, the same as with cabinet handles, ended up cleaning ourselves. - No bathroom matt when you step outside of it, so floor tends to be wet, towels can be used for it, but also had to find them ourselves. - Next to the house there is another cabin situated quite close, one night some people were staying there and playing loud music which was a bit annoying, however, it did not continue pass 12pm, only mention this is that if you expect complete silence might not be the case due the another cabin and also, surrounding areas used by farmers. - The cost itself. You end up renting a property that according to advertisement fits up to 12 people, but the cost goes up by the count of how many people stay, and difference between 2 guests to 3 guests was 150 euros which is quite significant jump from already steep price.

Everything was perfect, perfect calm place. Rural vibe, sounds of nature: frogs, birds, other micro animals :) Can fish in the pods, or swim, or just sit and chill. Also swimming is super nice in the Krūminiai, Varena district. Will come back here for sure :)

We liked the ponds, and the kids enjoyed fishing in one of them and caught some fish. The upstairs bedrooms were also comfortable and clean. Having an extra toilet upstairs was very convenient. Additionally, the indoor cinema was a pleasant activity for the kids on a chilly evening (note that you need to bring your own PC).

The biggest disappointment was the rude host, who clearly doesn't know how to communicate kindly with his guests; he ruined the evening for our family. Additionally, the kitchen were not tidy and the dishes were dirty. The wooden gazebo in the grilling area was so dirty and stinky that we didn't even want to spend time there.
