First time was perfect thanks to the great guy at the reception - he provided us with wood for the fireplace and was very friendly and nice. We had very warm and romantic night.

Second time, when we wanted to reserve the same apartment afer a few weeks, were informed that it is not allowed to lit the fireplace. Surprised, explained that we had it the first time and that was kind of the point to stay in the appratment with fireplace - to be able to lit it. So receptionist promised the “exception”. However, in the morning before the stay, got a call from the reception that fire won’t be allowed after all and even the “director” confirmed that no exception will be made. Had to cancel the reservstion and to find a suitable stay at the last minute. Not the nice experience.

We thought we booked those beautiful rooms in the villa with bathrooms, but ended up in the little wooden log cabin with no bathroom or even sink facilities. Not even a hook or mirror or cupboard in the room . Only beds( comfortable) small table, and tiny fridge. Was really hard with storage. Toilet and shower 50m away (most of the time filfy(only around 3pm clean) Was very hot week and parking was hard to find because of large amount of people

Regardless the log cabin was rotten, with hard to lock rotten doors and windows location was amazing. Staff were very friendly everywhere from reception, to kitchen staff. Food tasty and beach wonderful. We had amazing trip on a yacht that cost 60 euros. Nice walks. Festive decorations in the evening made it magical. Few mosquito bites. If they could improve log house quality and add at least water supply, storage for clothing and a mirror in the cabin would be great . Kitchen girls were very fast, helpful and really did their very best. So did the chef.

More activities would make the stay more enjoyable.

The location is great. Very remote and peaceful. Right on the lake with beach access and you can get boats and paddle boards and bunch of water activities. Beautiful view of the castle and just nature was amazing. Comfortable bed. We slept good. Very relaxing stay. Friendly stuff

The bathroom smelled like sewage! And we had idiot bathroom in the room so it’s not like we could get away. The smell was so strong. It was almost impossible to get inside. And even shower water smelled horrible like cabbage soup. Used bottle water to wash face and brush teeth and tried not to take showers. Building a little outdated but that’s not a big deal. But the bathroom situation was very very bad
