Excellent communication from the hosts prior to my arrival. I was outside and they showed me around the apartment, which was spacious, neat, tidy. Good facilities in the kitchen. Nice hot shower.
As it was a little cold in the evenings, I messaged the hosts re heating and they immediately turned it on for me.
Five minute walk into Sulmona centre ( which is rather nice ).
Plenty of parking in the immediate area.
Good VFM. I'd be happy to return.
Although the apartment was on a ' housing estate' there were no issues at all.
A little bit of tic is required here and there.

Quiet local residential area.Clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Free parking right outside. Met in person by host. Well stocked supermarket 3 minutes walk. Town centre 10 minute walk.
Iron and ironing board would be a welcome addition.
