Nice place, great location
We really enjoy our stay! The apartment was recently renovated, modern and nicely decorated. Great location with the beach only 50 meters away, very close to the center, shopping areas, the promenade and the old town. We could get around without needing to take the car. Also, free parking nearby is a big plus, especially in such a central area. Highly recommended!

La situation de l'appartement situé près de la plage A côté du très bel hôtel de Paris, d'époque art déco. de la promenade au ord de la mer. D'un apparemment en excellent état.
Internet défaillant. Du manque d'instructions pour le fonctionnement de certains engins comme la plaque chauffante ou le climatiseur. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de four à micro-onde. Absence d'un plat métallique pour le four. Passage du train à proximité très bruyant. Logement inadapté pour un handicapé moteur en raison des marches d'escalier. Parking très encombré en août Peu de places pour handicapés

Posizione splendida, ma...
La posizione è superlativa, ovviamente trovandosi però attaccato alla principale passeggiata lungomare c'è il treno proprio dietro all'immobile; tuttavia quest'ultimo è abbastanza insonorizzato. Inoltre non manca niente se si vuole cucinare in casa, ed infine il proprietario è rapidissimo nella risposta.
Il bagno in primis: odore di fogna, moschini, un lago ogni volta che qualcuno accende la doccia. Poi passiamo alle finestre: una sola ed unica porta-finestra che dà su un cortile in comune con la signora perennemente presente, ragion per cui abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre oscurato. Sul pianerottolo principale poi, a qualsiasi ora la luce comune scatta in automatico e che siano le sei del mattino o le undici la sera, non essendoci alcuna porta nell'appartamento a separare gli ambienti (ricordatevene se intendete cucinare), ti può svegliare se hai il sonno leggero. Poi ragazzi oh, se volete spostarvi NON pensate di rientrare per cena: il parcheggio è selvaggio a quell'ora (alta stagione) e la polizia batte regolarmente se tentate di fare i furbi. Infine Wi-fi: ci ho rinunciato, non prende un accidente di niente la saponetta né tantomeno la rete in 4G, tra quelle mura; inspiegabilmente solo in bagno riuscivo ad utilizzare internet.
