The property consists of a large open-space living room with single sofa bed, TV, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine - 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 3 people.
The garden offers private areas furnished with tables, benches and chairs perfect for breakfast, outdoor dining or moments of relaxation, and thanks to the practical outdoor electrical outlets it is ideal for smart working.
The remaining outdoor area, shared with the adjacent structure, is well organised with deckchairs, sun loungers, a small lounge and a comfortable shower.
Upon request and for an extra charge, guests can enjoy a breakfast with local products served at the outdoor tables.
