Misleading listing. the unit did not match the photos or layout advertised, and we had to leave immediately.

Nothing. We did not stay beyond the first night and booked alternative accommodation. This place was a scam and not at all what we were expecting!

The property was materially misrepresented in the listing. The listing photos and layout show a separate living room with a sofa, TV, and dining table. The actual unit provided had no living room at all. It was a single room with the bed and kitchenette in the same space and no living area. The place was so cramped that we could not even open our suitcases fully. The host later confirmed that the listing uses general photos of other units, which explains the discrepancy. This is misleading and not made clear at the time of booking. Because the accommodation did not match the listing, we checked out immediately and booked alternative accommodation.

Good location, but the apartment did not match the photos and several issues affected the overall experience.

The location was convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and communication with the management team was responsive.

The apartment was much smaller than shown in the photos and did not match the description of a ‘luxury apartment’. Several issues reported on the day of arrival were never resolved, including lighting problems, a stained/damaged carpet, and overall cleanliness. We also had to clean the apartment ourselves to feel comfortable.

Two weeks in Paris of having to climb over the bed (which was 20 cm shorter than a normal French mattress) and my husban

The location was slightly out of the way but still very good for access to public transportation, as well as to the rue Mouffetard and the Luxembourg gardens. The unit appears to have been recently and attractively renovated.

It was impossible to tell from the overabundance of photos online how tiny our particular unit would be. Form was definitely favored over function: kitchen implements (including silverware) were stored apart from the kitchen in a cupboard beyond a shelf table that was too tight to sit at. My 1.95m husband could barely reach the rod to hang up his clothes. Sitting on the toilet meant a close encounter with the heated towel rack on one side and the toilet paper holder on the other.

Excelente

The accommodation is very comfortable for 3 people, it has everything you need for a stay is very complete, the bed and the armchair bed are super comfortable. It has a complete kitchen and even a washing machine that leaves you the soap. It met my expectations and it's just like the photos. And the super attentive staff, they always answered me on the spot. The entry was easy as explained in the instructions.

What would improve only the wifi signal that doesn't work very well, but the rest is perfect.

Room is microscopic. It is Not the place shown in the picture. Basically there is a bed and a shower. And there were two pillows for two people. We needed an extra pillow each to sleep comfortably but they would provide nothing extra.

The location

The difficulty of entering the apartment on arrival.lack of a lot of the little things that separates a good place from a not so good. Such as having a box of tissues. No soap dish, no kitchen sponge. Not enough coffee for the amount of days staying. Again the little things that show you really care about your guest. Also make it more clear in the beginning or booking process that the place was a self check in. We thought that someone would be meeting us there . So when we arrived after 16 hours of travel in that we did not have anyone there to guide us we were not happy. That could have been our mistake but I have booked a lot of apartments in my life and yours was the first time I have been wrong in terms of it being a host or non host arrangement.

we liked the stay very much, the apartment has everything you need, the location is great, next to shops, cafes, restaurants, buses, metro etc..... the price was very good, the apartment is ideal for a couple and a child, we were with an 8 year old girl, the keys are in a locker, easy access... Ηταν κλειστό γύρω γύρω σε εσωτερική αυλή όχι ιδιαίτερα φροντισμένη! Δεν υπήρχε φως, μπαλκόνι , όσο αφορά το δικό μας δωμάτιο! Μύριζε υγρασία! Ομως ήταν σύγχρονα όλα μέσα στο κατάλυμα. Δεν μπορείς να τα έχεις όλα! Κάτι χάνεις κάτι κερδίζεις!

Netjes, schoon, veilige en keurig nette omgeving/wijk. Suite was mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Tegenvallen is niet een passend, het enige is dat de badkamer iets aan de krappe kant jsis. Wel heel mooi afgewerkt en de ruimte was goed benut. Kom je met de auto dan is parkeren voor de deur lastig en geen optie met uitladen omdat je de weg niet mag in rijden.

Siisti ja hyvä keittiö. Mutta asunnossa ei ollut lainkaan tuolia ja pöytää, ainoastaan sänky. Asunto on liian pieni. Asunnosta puuttui myös lasit joista juoda. Asunnossa oli hyvä laittaa aamiaista mutta piti syödä joko seisoen tai sängyssä. En ole koskaan kohdannut näin huonoa majoitusta. Kuin turisti olisi eläin jonka voi laittaa minne vaan ja olettaa että hän istuu lattialla ja on tyytyväinen.

Ei lainkaan tuolia missä istua, ei pöytää missä syödä tai laittaa lasin.

Rien sinon que l’emplacement est calme… Mais entre le bruit du réfrigérateur - très fort à certains moments - et celui de la climatisation… Il m’a été difficile de dormir.

Entrée étroite, cour intérieure affreuse, logement tellement exigu et tapis sale. L’espace entre le lit et le mur où est accroché la TV, si étroit qu’il y a le risque de la décrocher…

Het appartement zat vol vocht. In de muren, natte handdoeken drogen niet, … Dampkap was niet aangesloten en deuren van kasten zaten half in elkaar. Je kan niet slapen met de ramen open omdat het echt op het gelijkvloers aan de straat was.
