Location was a five minute walk to the palace, host was prompt to reply and helpful, loft was clean and the bed was comfortable, reasonably priced. The patio was nice to sit in the sun and relax after a 26 hr travel day.
The stairs are narrow and you can’t stand up in the loft. This wasn’t a problem for me, but it might be for others. Hot water in the shower was very limited so be prepared to take a very fast shower.

The studios have an excellent location, they are near the Palacio Real de Madrid and the Gran Vía and you can do everything by walking, there is also public transport options nearby. The studios are very comfortable and complete with many appliances and the host is super friendly.
The studios are located in the ground floor of a residential building so they can be very noisy, you can hear a lot of noise coming from the neighbouring studio and from the central machines of the building (boiler, perhaps).
The stairs to the bedroom can be a bit challenging at first sight - but you get used to it.

Appartamento situato in zona molto centrale, vicino alla metropolitana e quindi comodo per spostarsi in giro per la città. Nel complesso accogliente e ben rifinito.
Problemi con apertura porta da remoto e con condizionatore non risolti durante il soggiorno. Zona notte molto scomoda.
