The kitchen, with a modern design, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, and all kinds of kitchen utensils — perfect for preparing your usual meals during your stay in Madrid.
The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies.
The bathroom is equipped with a good shower, welcome toiletries, and a hairdryer.

From the airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):
Take Metro Line 8 toward Nuevos Ministerios. At Nuevos Ministerios, transfer to Line 6 toward Lucero.
Get off at Moncloa, then switch to Line 3 toward Villaverde Alto.
Get off at Ventura Rodríguezand walk to the provided address.
From Atocha Station:
Take Line 1 toward Pinar de Chamartín.
Get off at Soland transfer to Line 3 toward Moncloa.
Get off at Ventura Rodríguezand walk to the apartment.
From Chamartín Station:
Take Line 1 toward Valdecarros.
Get off at Soland transfer to Line 3 toward Moncloa.

This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. Muchas gracias por la estancia muy bonito el departamento muy cómodo muy práctico solamente nos tocó que la puerta del baño estaba mal y el aire acondicionado no proporcionaba mucho aire! Pero eso se arregla! Gracias!
