L'ensemble de la prestation était de qualité. Le logement était propre L'équipement correct

Grosse chaleur malgré la mise à disposition d'un ventilateur. Pas de capsule de café à dispo (c'est la première fois) Pas de produit de douche à dispo (première fois que je vois cela)

Appartement très bien placé, a côté de la gare sans le bruit. Tout peut se faire à pied.J adore la déco

Quelques ustensiles sales. Nous aurions aimé avoir des capsules pour se faire un premier café en arrivant

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was comfortable and met all our needs. It was especially convenient to have a garage in an area where parking was “payant”. Location was ideal within walking distance of the historic centre.

For some reason communication was very poor. I had no reply to any of the 3 emails sent. I needed the key box code before I left the uk and had to call Booking.com to get it. In France my mobile phone malfunctioned. If I did not already have the code I could not have accessed the property. It was sent only on the day of arrival. We had no WiFi in the apartment. 4 routers were found but none was the one given in the host’s video. Fortunately there was free WiFi in the station, 5m walk away. Otherwise, all was well.

La propreté, l’emplacement par rapport à la gare et la facilité d’accès.

Échange compliqué avec le propriétaire si ce n’est même impossible, notamment sur l’heure d’arrivée. Je conseille également de bien vérifier avec l’hôte que la réservation respecte le bon nombre de locataires. Nous n’avions ni serviette supplémentaire, ni draps.
