Budynek położony w dobrej lokalizacji w Kutaisi (25 minut autem do lotniska i jednocześnie 15 minut spacerem do centrum Kutaisi). Wokół dużo sklepów i kilka dobrze ocenianych restauracji. Zameldowanie odbyło się sprawnie wg wskazówek właścicielki podanych przez WhatsApp. Na dole znajduje się hol i schody prowadzące na piętro. Tu mamy dwa pomieszczenia: sypialnia z aneksem kuchennym oraz przestronna łazienka.Mieszkanie spełniło wszelkie nasze oczekiwania (bardzo wygodne łóźko, pralka, lodówka, naczynia, itp.). Sprzęt AGD jest stosunkowo nowy i niewysłużony. Każdy zakamarek mieszkania czysty i pachnący. Na plus duży, przeszklony prysznic. Do tego właścicielka opłaciła miejsce parkingowe na ulicy (2 lari za dobę). Dostępna była przez cały nasz pobyt na WhatsApp.
Osoby wrażliwe na hałas przy zasypianiu powinny zabrać zatyczki do uszu. Wieczorem słychać ruch uliczny.

Z całego serca polecam to mieszkanie. Sofia pomocna, bardzo miła, serdeczna osoba. Mieszkanko urządzone idealnie, wszystko jest, czyściutkie, położone w samym centrum miasta.
