Proximity to city center. Quiet in the night which is great considering being in the city center.
Not very clean. AC very dirty. Bedroom towards west - very hot. I was looking for dedicated parking but it turned out landlord was referring to “free parking” as being able to park on street. Well if you have ever been to Heraklion city you’d know that’s very difficult due to city being overwhelmed with cars in historic streets which are super narrow. So NO, there’s no parking. Deceptive.
