The property was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and willing to assist if needed. The pool area is calm and relaxing. It was easy to get a taxi to and from the hotel and is about a 20 minute ride to Ubud market and bars.

We booked the room with the private pool, and the pool was cleaned every day, as well as the room. We had the fridge and all the necessary toiletries. Beds were comfortable and room looked very nice.
The bathroom could be improved. After the shower the whole bathroom was covered with water and it was opened on two sides where a lot of insects and amphibians were entering. The door to the bathroom was not sliding well, but it can be improved easily. Some of the staff spoke english, and sometimes was difficult to explain what we needed.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The villa was beautiful - I loved the open-to-nature shower, and the bath. The location is away from central Ubud, so you need transport to go to the tourist places - but there's a shop just metres away, and some nice cafes nearby. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, but great for a dip.
For us, it was a bit too noisy at night (traffic and other guests' conversations).

Unfortunately nothing
Very small and narrow, the room was uncomfortable, dirty and smelled like mold. The pictures looked nice but in reality, it’s extremely small and you can hear everything. We had to cancel the remaining days we originally booked because we couldn’t rest. I would avoid this place.
