The property is in a wonderful location, very quiet and serene.
somethings that need to be handled and taken care of are listed here, they were also in the guest book at the property.
1. the middle stair at the entrance porch is completely broken. please be careful you will fall.
2. there is a fallen tree held up by another tree that is lowering cables coming to the house. Although there is a note on the table saying not to be concerned about it.
3. the pictures have been brightened, even in full sunlight its not as bright inside.
4. the rug and floors weren't as clean, we vacuumed the first day we go there.
5. the first evening we started to see black carpenter ants, they got worse the second and third day. We didn't leave any food or drink out to attract them
It's a nice place, great location to unplug. Needs some TLC and clean up.
