Built in 1896, it was home to famous historical figures and hosted events that included President Grover Cleveland and many other dignitaries of that era. Sited on a bluff, surrounded by towering trees, you'll immediately experience a sense of calm when approaching this 5-acre private retreat. The home offers 3 separate living areas, 2 with masonry fireplaces and one with a 65-inch Smart TV.  The spacious, modern kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cooking tools to whip up a gourmet meal. There’s ample elbow room for multiple chefs to collaborate and others to gather around the island to chat and sip wine. Then enjoy your meal in the grand dining room at a gracious table which comfortably seats 10.
