The house quickly became our home for us over the four day stay. We were just part of the neighborhood with easy accesses to all things Conway, especially UCA. The house layout was conducive for conversations and the one floor living was easy on low mobility family members. Ken was very friendly and made checking in and out stress free. I recommend for anyone that is seeking practical accommodations while in Conway.

The rental was very nice and clean. It was a good size for our needs. I like how it had a king size bed, queen size bed, and two twin size beds so that several people can stay in the same rental. They even had fans in the closets to pull out and use if we got hot! The only thing I would have wished was different were the beds. They appear to be newer but are really extra firm. They were very hard in my opinion. The contact host was super nice!!! Always answered the phone when I called.

First, me and my family knew nothing about Arkansas except the little rock 9. This place was amazing. We came to explore Arkansas for our kids Spring Break and it didn't disappoint. Our host, Ken and his property was amazing. My wife was impressed and so were my children. Quiet neighbors, friendly people, and lovely overall. Ken actually helped me use a propane grill for the first time. Not only did he answer his phone timely, but walked me through the whole process. Thank Ken for your amazing hospitality. Would give this property 10/10.

Nice, comfortable and clean. Limited need for Host contact, but Host was very prompt on answering any questions. Nice place and location to enjoy the few days in Conway to spend Christmas week with our family. We certainly recommend both the property and the Host of this home.
