We came to Conway for my son's wedding. The house was perfect for my family. Plenty of space, equipped with everything one would need for a long weekend. We had an issue with the hot water and Rafael was super responsive - he came over at 7:30 on a Sunday morning and fixed it. Highly recommend this place.

Nice stay. Needs more full length mirrors, kitchen chairs would be comfortable vs stools. Great place for young college sleep over. We were there to attend a wedding w elderly family.

Couldn’t use the kitchen more than making a pizza because the sink was backed up , dishwasher and laundry all have the same drain took the owner 24 hours to respond and we were checking out that day he responded didn’t help that I couldn’t do laundry for my children had to buy paper plates and then he said there was a hot tub which was a lie. We would only refund 1 day which I did not agree too but they processed it anyways.

This is a very pleasant house, with a great fenced-in backyard for pets. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly. It's located very near the university campus, and within a few minutes of food, gas, everything you might need. Highly recommend this VRBO. Would definitely return!

Kitchen is small but we were able to bake and cook just fine here. Plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. Very comfortable area. Watchout as the "kitchen table" only seats 4 but lots of space to sit around and eat in the living areas. Dart board, basketball hoop and fire ring were all nice touches.

The home was spacious and welcoming. Felt more at home here than we did at most typical VRBO's! Would recommend to friends/family and would stay again if in the area. Plenty of room, super comfy couch, very nice backyard. We did see lots of spiders, but that could be typical for the area and we let the host know for pest control purposes.

The home was very nice. Plenty of room for 3 couples and one individual. Beds were comfortable and all slept well. The main complaint was that someone forgot to turn the temperature on the hot water tank up for us before we arrived. Someone needs to re-think the sink in the main bedroom, as well. Was very convenient location for our needs and would consider staying again if we have another family event in Conway.

Our group of five stayed at this excellent home in Conway for four days during the recent eclipse. The house was very clean and very well appointed. The host had left us a welcome basket full of eclipse-themed goodies, which was really fun. The large fully fenced backyard was perfect for our little dog and gave us a great place to host local family members for an eclipse watch party. The location of the home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the University of Central Arkansas gave us lots of places to walk, and there are many good restaurants and grocery stores close by. Finally, it was an easy drive to Little Rock and its many interesting attractions and to the Little Rock airport. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Little Rock area.
