Perfectly nestled between everything in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We have family in the area and will definitely book again for our next visit.

Wish we had discovered this 4 years ago when our son was starting college. A great place to stay for a weekend visiting your student or longer to explore central Arkansas. Walking distance to downtown and Stobys!

I was refreshing to walk into a clean, minimally decorated two bedroom home just blocks away from historical downtown. It was convenient to walk there during the Toad Suck Daze festival. It was most delightful to have an owner who cares about his guests and the upkeep of his property. Thank you Kris for being so helpful and available! Thanks to you, we enjoyed our first experience in Conway.

This house was perfect!

I loved this house! Beds were extremely comfortable. The TV remote instructions were easy to follow. The kitchen had everything we needed. My sister described it as cute and cozy. I'll be back! Thanks!

This is a very nice property. It was very clean and updated. Good location. Close to downtown restaurants and grocery stores. It's in a peaceful neighborhood after schools out. Kris is a great host. Will stay there again next time we are in Conway

I had booked a stay here for a softball All State tournament that got cancelled unexpectedly. I had issues with rescheduling the stay through the VRBO site and I made Kris aware of this. She was willing to join me in a 3 way call with a VRBO rep to get my money refunded to me. She was very understanding. As soon as I can get my scheduled together and figure out some dates I will most definitely be booking a weekend getaway at her home in Conway.

My wife and I plan a trip to AR once a year to visit with our grandkids. This year we decided to rent a house instead of a hotel. This place was the perfect place. It was clean, spacious, and close to town. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was as advertised. Location was perfect for my needs. No outside noises or problems. Just perfect.

This home was spotless yet warm and welcoming. Little touches such as chocolates, spices, some coffee, sugar, etc. were there for our use upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable for the 3 adults in our group. The location was very convenient to Conway and our relatives in nearby towns. The owners were quick to answer any questions via text. This home made for a very enjoyable time and we will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Excellent! Super clean and fully stocked. Everything you would need and some. All good things to say here. If I had anything to say that might lean toward the negative end of things is there is a school directly across the street, so be prepared for morning traffic and afternoon traffic. Makes it a little hard to get in and out. Not a problem at all just something good to know so you can plan your departure and arrival times better when trying to make it to events on time. Also be prepared to hear a marching band early morning on Thursday mornings. Haha. ❤️

This was my first time using VRBO so I was a little nervous about what would be waiting for me. I live in Maryland and was looking for a residence type experience, but homier than a hotel. Early on, the good communication with the owner had me thinking this could be a "find" - and that is what it turned out to be! The purpose of my trip was to visit my 92 year old mother, who lives in an assisted living community nearby. My idea was to have a nice environment where I could bring my mother for some meals and relaxation outside of her usual institutional setting. This rental was the perfect setting. She enjoyed it tremendously. The house is nicely and simply decorated, with many little thoughtful and welcoming touches. It was very clean in every way. I hope to book the place again for my next visit to Conway. The neighborhood is so convenient to the downtown area, and convenient to everything really - an excellent central location. It is quiet and peaceful at night. You get a nice glimpse of community life by day because of the junior high school across the street. I took a couple of lovely neighborhood walks. The neighbors are friendly and spoke highly of the owner of this VRBO property. My only two tiny complaints were that the ceiling fan in the main bedroom is a bit noisy and needs servicing; and the beds are quite soft - fine when sleeping by myself but probably too soft to share with my husband (he was not with me this trip). I am sensitive to noise at night, and I sleep on a rock hard bed so take these comments with that in mind. This was a great first experience with VRBO and an overall excellent experience with this particular property.
