Great clean cheap hotel walking distance to every thing

Breakfast was not as good as previous years but it is adequate. The grounds are well kept and are lovely. The rooms are old and dated and need a refresh. The location is excellent and so too is the price.

This is a great budget option. Although it is much more enjoyable in the quiet season than the busy. Clean enough. Good breakfast. Location is great. Could do with some more maintenance. But for the price it is alright.
