The condo features one inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. Additional sleeping is available for two on a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Step outside to your own private slice of paradise. Soak up the sun on the balcony, build sandcastles on the pristine beach just steps away, or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. Amenity cards give you access to Seabrook Island Club and The Lake House amenities, where you will find various pools, activities, golf, and dining options. Amenity cards are the responsibility of the guest to acquire, but we do provide guidance. Seabrook Island is a cashless environment. Fees apply for certain amenity use, such as the fitness center and indoor pools. The Club is located is just a short walk away. Freshfields town area is only 3 miles away with boutique shops, up-scale restaurants, and seasonal events. Historic downtown Charleston is approximately an hour drive away.
Things to know: Two gate passes are allowed and cost $45/ Vehicle. This must be paid prior to your arrival and parking passes are to be picked up during the check-in process. We pulled into the Seabrook complex and were immediately taken with the natural beauty surrounding us. The Pelican condo complex is perfectly situated with its own boardwalk access to a calm cove/beach. It was perfect to take our dog out for runs! The condo was neat, well equipped and perfect for our intro to the area. The neighbors were lovely and helpful. Saw bald eagles, dolphins and pelicans right out our back door! Great place.

We were in town for a wedding nearby & decided to make a long weekend out of it. From the moment we walked in, 1389 Pelican was WONDERFUL! Light music was playing, which made it feel so welcoming. It was so clean & stocked with all the essentials. The view & proximity to the beach was amazing! We will definitely be back again!

This is one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in. The location is wonderful. We try to come to Seabrook every year and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Our only issues were soft spots in the flooring but it seems as though that is being worked on and the bed was very firm. I have back and hip problems so a mattress topper would be an appreciated addition.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much! Beachfront access with a 2 and 4 year old was hard to beat! We had plenty of room with a pack N play and toddler air mattress. We loved everything about our first trip to Seabrook and can’t wait to come back next year!
