Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Arrived at the property. Was never told what level to park on. I parked on the second floor. Could not figure out How to get into building or out of parking garage to The front of the building. Was very confused on how to use the Elevator. Got to my room finally and the code did not work. Once I got in the room it Was very nice and had all of the amenities we needed. Except online it Said there was a hair dryer and there was not one. The washer and dryer came in handy. However there was only one laundry pod to use. The bed was so comfortable that I Actually did not even get out of bed on one of the days. I even came home and ordered a new mattress.Realizing how comfortable that one was And how well I slept on it. The ice maker definitely made me happy and came in handy. The bathroom was very spacious and had enough room for me and the husband to get ready at the same time. Location was absolutely perfect with many restaurants and bars Within a two block radius. Check out instructions were very simple. However, be careful.Our car was broken into in the parking garage.... Overall, I would definitely be back to the same location.Now that I know how to Check in.
