CozySuites at Block20

Midway through my US road trip and this place is just the BEST for relaxing and resetting. The room is beautiful with everything you need. The facilities are secure and clean. The location is fantastic with easy access to Mass Ave and lots of restaurants / cafes and grocery stores nearby. The parking was easy to find and provides secure building access. I wanted to arrange a second night but couldn’t do it online, suddenly I got a phone call from customer service who sorted it all out on the spot for a fantastic price (I wish I could remember her name, she was amazing!). I cant rate this one highly enough for your stay in central Indianapolis.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The location and safety feature were a huge bonus when traveling with family. I was never worried about their well being in the neighborhood or apartment. Great location, Lots to explore in the city, the sites, shops, restaurants! The set up was great, loved bedrooms on opposite side of the place. Having a view of my vehicle on the street was an added bonus. Street parking worked better for me as it is free at night!

The one towel per person was hard especially if traveling with women who also need one for their hair. We wished there were more cleaning supplies. There was a broom, but no dust pan, and again when traveling with a family crumbs happen….nothing to clean countertops with, just all in all those two things- towels and cleaning supplies are the only things we wish were better.

I liked the location. It was very spacious

The ease of getting in with the codes and garage was very confusing at the beginning. The room was not very clean just surfaced cleaned. Balcony was a nice add but super dirty. Wish there would have been info on area such as things to see and do or restaurant I do fir line delivery.
