I liked the location. It was very spacious
The ease of getting in with the codes and garage was very confusing at the beginning. The room was not very clean just surfaced cleaned. Balcony was a nice add but super dirty. Wish there would have been info on area such as things to see and do or restaurant I do fir line delivery.

The property is in a really great location. Nearby some great spots like The Rathskeller, or Mass Ave. Everything is a walk away. The rental has a great balcony facing toward The Saint Mary Catholic Church. No traffic noise. The place looks great from the inside, the water pressure in the bathroom was nice. Lots of natural light. The bed is a but squeaky but comfortable.
Upon arrival we found 2 hairballs in the bathroom. We found the cleaning service fee too much considering the apartment wasn't fully clean.
I found the amount of codes needed to get into the apartment (Main gate code, elevator code, apartment code) too much.

The location of the property, the parking and the modern amenities are a definite plus.
The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud and often stomped around at night. This property owner could not control that. I think it was another short term guest.
