The Space:

Our spacious two bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries.



We are pleased to offer the convenience of parking in the building's secure garage (subject to availability). Parking fees are charged per vehicle and vary according to the length of stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.

Located in the historic Lockerbie Square district, this downtown spot offers charming cobblestone streets, 19th-century architecture, and easy access to cultural landmarks like the Athenæum. You're just a short walk from Mass Ave’s vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, and boutiques.



Indiana Convention Center - 0.3 miles

Lucas Oil Stadium - 0.5 miles

Old National Centre - 0.6 miles

Phoenix Theatre - 0.7 miles

Saint Mary's Catholic Church - 0.6 miles



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Very communicative, nice and easy going on the host’s end. The facility was just like the pictures, clean and cozy. Perfect distance to everything we needed. Super spacious as well. Beds were comfy and the pullout couch was a bonus!

The booking and the check-in process proved to be quite difficult. It is a long process to book and finalize. Once we arrived our code did not work. Customer service answered our phone calls every time though. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

In town for the big ten tourney. About 10-15 minute walk to Gainbridge and the unit is in a great location for food and drink. The place is clean and served the purpose. Shower heads leaking/spraying out of the shower. The WiFi network wasn’t available and after all these little problems adding up, we said screw it and didn’t reach out for help. The check in process is detailed with pictures and directions and it’s still terrible. When you call for help, you talk to a call center and not someone that knows to how truly help. It truly ruined the first day because of how dumb the issues were with parking, elevator to the room numbered #105 but its on the 2nd floor. The check in steps were over the top as I presume the owner knows what a crap process it is. Just give them directions to the street entrance and not your current process.I wouldn’t recommend staying here just based on the first 90 minutes of trying to check in and the lack of good customer service. I believe the unit is a new option so maybe the proprietor is new to leasing, but I hope they figure it out. But no, we wouldn’t stay here again just based on the service.
