About this house rental
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. The location is what makes this two bedroom, one & half bath townhouse truly shine! You will sincerely enjoy being in the heart of vibrant midtown which hosts Atlanta's famed Piedmont Park, Beltline Trail, Botanical Gardens, a whole host of restaurants and bars.
The townhouse is easy walking to Ansley Mall (shopping, groceries, LA fitness, Starbucks, etc.), Piedmont Park & dog park, Botanical gardens and The Beltline Trail!
This townhouse is comprised of:
Living Room:
Walking in the front door, you enter the light filled living room. The large L-shaped couch is certainly the focus, just waiting to comfort you.
Kitchen:
The galley style kitchen is fully equipped to cook a dinner for your family. It comes with a gas range, refrigerator & freezer, stainless steel microwave, drip coffee maker, Kureg coffee maker, stainless steel dish washer, full set of pots & pans, plates, cups, etc.
Dining Room:
The dining room is in the rear of the first floor, by the back door. There is seating for 4.
Powder room / Half-Bath:
Located on the first floor, under the stairs, you will find the simple powder room with toilet and sink.
Upstairs:
Full Bath: Complete with glassed-in walk-in shower with pebble floor, dual sinks.
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, with closet and a dresser and nightstand, and 48 in flatscreen. Comfortable, cozy, and simple.
Guest Bedroom: Located in the front of the building, the guest room is larger. Offers TWO queen size beds, two nightstands, two closets, dresser, and 48 in flat screen tv.
The home offers parking in the rear for two cars (for your unit), there is a large back yard the offers a shared fire pit, lots of trees and a bit of peace in the middle of a busy city. :)
Laundry Room:
The unit has access to a shared laundry room in the lower part of the building. There is two washer and dryers in the unit. You will need to bring your own laundry supplies. You will receive the laundry room door code in your check-in information. The door is located on the outside of the building in the driveway.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, and shared laundry room. Access information will be given at 4:00 PM on day of check-in.
Other things to note:
This unit does not normally allow pets, however if you a traveling with a pet- please contact us before booking for permission to bring the animal. There would be an additional $100.00 pet cleaning fee charged by the cleaning company.
There is a $500.00 smoke cleaning fee added to any guests that smokes in the home.
All guests staying more than 30+ days will be billed-back their power, gas and internet bills
