Our century-old home was renovated into a duplex, with two private 3-bed/2-bath spaces. Tucked away on a hill, you’ll enjoy the perfect combination of walk-ability when you want to explore and a retreat when you wish to relax. One side of the duplex is permanently occupied, while the other side is open to guests. The home features separate entrances/exits accessed by keypad with code. This offers complete privacy and personal access to the entire side of the duplex.

- 44in Smart TV in living room
- Full kitchen appliances + fully stocked kitchen

- 10 mins walk to grocery store and/or restaurants
- High Speed WiFi
Please no smoking inside of home or on porches.

The place was perfectly located! Nice neighborhood. Even though it faces a busy road, that there was no street noise.
Place was super clean, with lots of great amenities. Even though the property has central air the upstairs bedroom was a little bit difficult to cool, but once Britni explained how to use the unit, we were golden! She was great with her timely communications. There’s a nice screened in porch which we wished we could’ve used, but it was just a little too warm/muggy. Very inviting, convenient, and quiet.
