My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect! The location was great and close to many things we wanted to do. We felt safe. There was an issue with the drain in the kitchen, and it was fixed before we returned from an afternoon out. The fun fireplace was a nice touch!

This apartment was well stocked for our stay in Atlanta. There was ample towels and bedding and he kitchen was well stocked. The space was cute and comfortable and it was tucked into an adorable neighborhood that was centrally located to everything we wanted to do around town.

We arrived around 1:30 p.m. for check-in (available at 1:00 p.m.) & were met by the cleaners. They said they needed 2 more hours to clean. No one informed us we couldn't check in on time & we were exhausted after an early morning flight. When we were able to check in, the bathroom floor was filthy & there were clumps of long, brown hair on the bathroom rugs. I sent this to the property manager & it was supposed to be forwarded to the cleaners & we never heard anything back, so we covered the entire floor in towels. There were enough of them. There is no vent fan in the bathroom, so mold was growing on the ceiling & the paint was running on the walls from the humidity. We have photos.The kitchen was a nice size, but not even a spatula to flip an egg. There were 4 plates, 3 bowls & no glasses, aside from mugs/goblets for our family of 5. Fully stocked seems like a stretch.The washer & dryer is a nice addition, but there was a code on the dryer screen when we arrived. When we went to use it, it would stop every so often because the code was saying air flow was restricted. We had to restart our loads 4-5 times to get them dry over several hours. Frustrating if you have plans to leave the house, which we did.The parking was supposed to be seamless, with parking for 2-4 down behind the house/in the garage & some on the street. We parked down below & when we went to leave for supper, a car was blocking the driveway. The other tenant had parked by our porch. We knocked & rang the doorbell & nothing. I text the property manager wondering how to contact them & was told "You can park behind her & she will let you know when she needs you to move." We were like 😳😳😳 Finally, the tenant came out & said she planned to keep parking there, so we ended up parking our rental on the street, which just wasn't as ideal as a private parking area that was provided & supposedly included with our stay. Overall, great location & cute duplex with lots of potential, but disappointed in the lack of cleanliness & service when we had issues. Won't book there again unless big things change.
