Very nice bright house for 6 people in a private subdivision fully air-conditioned on two levels.
On the first floor three bedrooms, a separate toilet and the bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 dresser. Another with a 160x200 bed with cupboard (shelves + wardrobe). The last one with a single bed 90x200 drawer transforming into two 90x200 beds with cupboard (shelves + wardrobe).
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a cabinet with a sink, a bright mirror and a heated towel rail.
On the first floor large living room with open kitchen completes the property. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric induction hob with 4 burners, oven, microwave and everything you need for cooking).
The living room has armchairs, ottomans and a sofa, a large TV with a sound bar, a Nintendo Wii console for the youngest.
A magnificent exterior completes this exceptional property! A beautiful terrace for dining with a barbecue and a large parasol, an area for aperitifs with the small outdoor lounge, a petanque court and a beautiful 5x3m swimming pool with tarpaulin.
We also provide two parking spaces just in front of the accommodation for the duration of your stay.
