Charming house for rent that can accommodate up to 8 people located in the private and secure domain of the Saint-Tropez Golf Club.
The house has 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor:
- an air-conditioned bedroom (a large bed 160x200) with its bathroom (toilet and bathtub) opening onto a large sunny terrace with a view of the golf course;
- a second air-conditioned room (a large bed 160x200) with access to the terrace,
- a third non-air-conditioned room (two beds 90x200, fan at disposal),
- 1 separate bathroom (shower),
- 1 separate toilet.
On the ground floor: a large air-conditioned living/dining room with open kitchen.
In the basement: a large bedroom (bed 140x200, fan at disposal) with its adjoining bathroom (bathtub and washing machine).
Two bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. A large shaded terrace allows you to take your meals outside. The garden of the house is fenced and has direct access to the golf course. You can also enjoy the Club House with Bar & Restaurant, and its breathtaking view on the Golf of Saint Tropez, the sea and the villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle and Grimaud. You also have access to the domain's swimming pool (20x10 pool), the fitness room, the 3 tennis courts (accessible on foot from the house), and to its magnificent and very exclusive 18-holes golf course. Free parking in the residence for several vehicles. Quiet family domain, no parties or music in the evening. No smoking inside the house.
