About this house rental
Located within the prestigious and secure estate of the Golf Club Saint-Tropez, we are delighted to offer this charming semi-detached house accommodating up to 8 guests, with direct access and views over the golf course.
First Floor
The house features three bedrooms:
A master bedroom with air conditioning (160x200 bed), en-suite bathroom (bathtub and toilet), and access to a large sunny terrace with open views over the golf course
A second air-conditioned bedroom (160x200 bed) with access to the terrace
A third bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and a portable air conditioning unit
One separate bathroom with shower
One separate toilet
Ground Floor
A spacious and fully air-conditioned living area including:
Comfortable lounge with sofas, armchairs, and Smart TV
Dining area
Fully equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.)
Lower Ground Floor
A large additional bedroom (160x200 bed) with fan
(no window, but equipped with ventilation system and dehumidifier)
En-suite bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
Ample storage space
All bedroom windows and the kitchen are fitted with mosquito screens.
Outdoor Areas
The property offers pleasant outdoor spaces with:
Sun loungers
Garden table and chairs
A fenced private garden with direct access to the golf course
