Clean, well stocked linen, close to downtown without the noise and traffic. Bright and well lit. Wifi access not available. No laundry facilities so not convenient for a longer stay. This property is located on a lower level of host home so there was some noise overhead activity, but this was not a big issue as it was minimal and stopped early in the evening. We asked for a can opener and it was brought down in no more than a minute. Spacious and bright location.

We had everything we needed in this apartment in Saanich and enjoyed the comfortable and homey surroundings. The property owner was very responsive to our requests. Would stay here again as a home base for spending time with family members and exploring Victoria.

Clean and comfortable space with all needed amenities. Very friendly and attentive host. Easy access by car to downtown Victoria. Yes, there is some noise from the family living above, but no more than you would experience at a typical motel. Then again, you are not paying luxury hotel prices either.
