We found this property through International Golf Realty when we had to be in the area on short notice due to a family member's illness. At first, we didn't know how long we were going to have to stay. IGF worked with us to extend our stay twice and helped to make the whole process extremely simple. They were available to answer any question that we had and were very responsive.We loved this unit! We spent many hours in the quiet serenity of the comfortable rocking chairs on the screened in porch, looking out at the pond and many species of birds. The walking paths in the area are wonderful and took us as far as we could walk. And the exercise facility and pool were always clean and uncrowded! People were friendly in the neighborhood and often stopped to chat with us or to say hi to our dog. We were also able to enjoy many restaurants nearby or take the short drive into St. Augustine. When we find ourselves back in the area, we will definitely reach out to IGF for another stay at this property or another unit in the area. We'd highly recommend it!

This condo is a true gem! It was elegant, serene, exceptionally well-decorated and, we felt, located in the most desirable area within the community. The whole experience was like we were in a resort: On one hand it was a peaceful retreat for us - the lanai was our private oasis where we could sip our morning coffee and unwind at sunset over a cocktail gazing at a serene water view. At the same time there was a large pool, hot tub, clubhouse and workout room within steps of the front door. There were great restaurants and large, white powdery-sand beaches a short drive away, and thirty golf courses within thirty minutes. On top of that, we had access to the spa, complete fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts in The King and Bear community. The kitchen in the condo was great! All the appliances seemed new and included a 5-burner professional gas range. The beds were plush and inviting and the master bathroom looks as though it was recently renovated. Everything feels fresh, new, and immaculately clean. Marilyn is an outstanding host—gracious, attentive, and always ready with a great recommendation. A luxurious stay in every sense. A 5-star experience.
