The 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs comes with all the necessities. Anything in the townhouse is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The pool and gym is available to our guests, but you may NOT invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the community, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if the pool/gym is not available, whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or ANY other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

If you’re driving by car, St. Augustine's intricate highway system makes it easy to travel from the beaches to the inland areas. Centrally located to I-95, I-295 and 9B. Given the popularity of the area, Uber and Lyft are also available.
Parking: You can park up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional guest parking is located down the street at the stop sign. Please DO NOT park on the street in front the house for any amount of time this is a fire lane and your vehicle will be towed at your expense.

Checkout is at 10 am. Looking for more time? IF available the late checkout fee is $25/hour.
Early check-in IF available is also $25 per hour needed.
Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter.
Due to the pool and the gym being community amenities and not under our control, we are not responsible if the pool or gym is not accessible for ANY reason. No refunds or credit will be issued for this reason.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
