About this apartment rental
Flat located in the old Gothic quarter. It has 3 double rooms, a
bathroom with shower and a toilet. It has a terrace. It has 87m2.
Capacity for 4 people.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine,
washing machine, fridge.
Air conditioning in the living room.
Fans in all rooms.
There is a lift in the building.
The facade of the building is being repaired.
If there is noise at any time, thank you for your understanding, as it
comes from the street.

* Late check-in:
*Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
* Smoking is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of smoking will result
in immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400.
* No parties or gatherings allowed. If police or neighbors intervene,
a €500 fine will apply.

Check-in is done
in person. The check-in agent’s contact will be shared a few days befor
e arrival to coordinate the meeting time.
An online registration link will automatically appear in the Airbnb
chat 4 days before arrival.
Tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It can
be paid upon arrival by card or in cash.
Check-out/self-checkout is at
11:00. Both sets of keys must be left inside the apartment, on the livi
ng room table.
Other Important Details
The property is not responsible for theft or loss of belongings inside
the apartment.
Guests are strongly advised to take care of their valuables,
use safes when available, and always close doors and windows properly.
Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the guest.

This is an excellent location and the communication was responsive and helpful. The space is open and well appointed. Sarah was very helpful at check- in and made some recommendations for dining. You do trade off some noise for the location but that comes with the territory. The roof terrace is lovely. My reason for a 4 rating instead of 5 is that the primary bath and bedroom has a distinct mildew odor, perhaps from the afternoon rains, but bothersome. Also, the TV is not a Smart TV so if that is important, you should know. All in all a good stay.

Location was perfect, size of apartment was just right for 4 adults. Well stocked too, had a kettle for the tea drinker in our group. Belén was an excellent point of contact, answered inquiries promptly and was right on time for check-in. Highly recommend this property.

Great location and looked like the pictures but the AC is only in the living room so the bedrooms are almost unbearably hot to sleep. Other than that just as listed!!
