Located in the Gothic Quarter, you can easily walk everywhere in the city. THE SPACE:Located only a few minutes walk to Las Ramblas, Plaça de Catalunya, and all the most famous touristic attractions. This 90 m2 apartment is ideal for young and active couples or families, or people coming for work, due to its excellent location and design/style. The apartment is completely equipped and modern, with all the facilities and amenities to offer you a wonderful stay.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) (with private bathroom)
*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*
All the bedrooms have AC, heating and storage space.
2 Full bathrooms with WC and showerFACILITIES:Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher

This area of the city is one of the best for sightseeing, eating and shooping. It is a lively, young and vibrant neighborhood that will never leave you out of things to do. Its central location makes it perfect for people who like to walk. Many of the city attractions are less than a 30min walk from the apartment.

We had the best week here. The location is incredible and the apartment had everything we needed! Easy communication and check in. We will stay here again soon!

Good location, however the place seriously needs to update the kitchen and kitchen supplies. No coffee maker, no table cloth nor placemats, no pans. Overall an ok place, but for the space (3rd room really small) and equipment it’s way overpriced.

The location was excellent to explore the Gothic area (shops, restaurants, cafes right out your door), walk to the beach, or jump on the Metro. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath layout was great for our family and a half (6 adults) to stay comfortably. Keep in mind, because you are located right in the heart of the gothic area, it can be a bit noisy late into the night (mornings were very quiet, you can sleep in). You need to weigh that against the convenience of the location. For us, that location was great and worked well.It's not the easiest place to access by car. If you have your luggage delivered or take a taxi. I suggest that you have the car drop/meet you on Passeig de Colom near the port, not on La Rambla (which we did for both).

We absolutely loved the location. Fair warning, there are 2 bars/pubs directly underneath and most nights we heard the very loud patrons until 3 am.
