Located on the 12th floor with pristine Gulf views, this beachfront rental features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, making this a great spot for small families and friend groups looking to enjoy the beauty of the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. With the addition of a private complex pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and seasonal snack bar, you’ll be living the high life on this Gulf trip!
The open concept floorplan from the kitchen with stainless appliances, to the dining and living areas, boasts comfy furnishings and a smart TV. However, the best part of 4800 is through the sliding glass doors with a private balcony! Featuring furniture and that iconic Gulf view, you’ll want to start your mornings slow watching the sun come up from this stellar location.

The condo was beautiful and well unkept. Very responsive management office, but the condo hosts entirely ignored all of my messages. As soon as entering, our shower was clogged and not draining. They came the next day to repair. The toaster had a missing wire that sparked and set off the smoke alarm. Called the office and they brought a new toaster over the following day. We noticed other golf carts and cars were going around us due to the slow speed of the golf cart. There were several near accidents due to this. Our speed maxed out at 13mph (the speed limit was 20mph!), which posed some serious safety concerns on the road. I called the office and they confirmed the golf cart was turned down but they could not change it because they would have to take the cart to the repair shop. Overall I will NOT be returning to this property.
