About this villa rental
3338 Lake Forest is new to the vacation rental market for summer 2024! This beautifully updated and well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa offers lagoon views, multiple outdoor spaces, wood and tile flooring throughout and fantastic commuity amenities.
The living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV and access to the private elevated porch with a gas grill and views of the lagoon and lowcountry wildlife. The property features a dining area and seperate breakfast table, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances.
The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, lagoon views and a private bathroom. The bathroom features a dual vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, Smart TV and access to hall bathroom with a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Uniquely, this villa also features a seperate outdoor space a the front of the property for shaded relaxation. *Firepit is not for guest use.*
Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week. Please specify with us how many you will need.
Guests staying in our Lake Forest villa can enjoy the on-site community pool and tennis courts. The easily accessible bike paths can quickly get you to the beach, the Sea Pines Beach Club, Lawton Stables, Harbour Town or the Sea Pines Center. A free trolley service is offered seasonally as well.

The property is spotless and recently updated, making for a very comfortable stay. It's in a great location—convenient to everything. The only minor drawback is that there’s no pedestrian walkway connecting the subdivision to the nearby public footpath, which made walking out a bit tricky. Still, overall a fantastic place to stay!
