Our stunning Sea Pines home is the ultimate destination for relaxation and fun on HHI. With a spacious open floor plan and prime location minutes from the beach; this is the perfect place to entertain, unwind and create unforgettable memories. You will love the convenience of our picturesque, peaceful neighborhood; close to the trolley, restaurants, grocery store, bike paths and more! We are a 2 mile ride to the beach or enjoy a free shuttle ride there. Guests will also enjoy access to the pool.

Sea Pines Community Rules:
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 7AM.
Parking is only allowed in the driveway. Our home has space for 3 cars.
Dogs must be leashed during walks and picked up after.
Items can not hang from railings to dry
All personal items, beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc must be stored in the home (not on porches or carports) to keep a tidy appearance outdoors

Nestled among the majestic, live oaks and lush tree canopy we found utopia in the luxurious home aptly named, Sea Pines Serenity. Jen, our property host / owner is a true rock star, supplying everything imaginable to make our stay a true home away from home. Just a text away, she’ll answer any question and or address any need that may arise.Generous perks provided include a well -appointed kitchen, where no stone is left unturned, an outdoor, screened living space to die for, and a work station / office to make working remote a seamless transition. Ahh…this is the life.Each bedroom features generous closet space, plus pillow top mattresses that are neither too soft or nor too firm. Perfect for those of us who sleep on memory foam mattresses at home. And lots of natural light through numerous, immaculately placed skylights.The community has such a welcoming feel thanks to the neighbors who say” hi” daily and ask with each greeting “if we need anything during our stay.”Located just a five-minute walk from the Nature Preserve, I’ve managed to increase my step count by 5000 steps a day. Miles of trails and bike paths where on any given day you’ll see black -tailed deer, hundreds of waterfowl and the occasional, sneaky alligator trying it’s best to keep a low profile. Not to be outdone, the majestic sunrise walks on the beach are seven minutes away by car. In our three weeks here, we’ve only missed one.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Sea Pines home. The house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, perfect for our family Easter trip. The location is very peaceful, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, the bike paths and other Sea Pines activities.
We would definitely love to stay again!
