The villa’s location is nothing short of a natural masterpiece, offering breathtaking views of the valley and the picturesque hilltop village of Casole d’Elsa. The meticulously maintained park, spanning approximately 20,000 square meters, features the villa itself, a beautiful swimming pool, and numerous inviting areas for relaxation and outdoor dining. The swimming pool, measuring 7×15 meters with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 2.30 meters, is heated and available from April to October, ensuring comfort even in the cooler seasons.

The accommodation itself is spread over two floors, offering a spacious and open living area on the ground floor. This area includes living and sitting rooms, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, as well as a toilet. Adjacent to the living room is the first double bedroom, which features an en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette.

On the first floor, you'll find three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom and a room with two bunk beds, both sharing a large bathroom. This setup provides ample space for families and groups.

Strategically situated, this villa provides a stress-free gateway to Tuscany’s renowned art centres, the nearby beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast, and the enchanting Tuscan archipelago islands. Guests will appreciate the easy access to primary services in the nearby village of Casole d’Elsa, just over five minutes away by car, where supermarkets, grocery shops, bars, restaurants, and more can be found.
