About this farm stay rental
his 1904 farm house has the charm of old Saratoga while featuring modern upgrades and conveniences.
Downstairs you will enjoy our cozy and comfortable Livingroom, complete with a couch big enough for the whole group to watch TV or a movie from your streaming service. The Dining room has a table set up for four, but there is a leaf I can install if needed. There are built-ins filled with books for your use. The dinning room leads to the chef's kitchen. With herbs in the bay window and gourmet appliances and equipment, your group will be sure to have wonderful dinners! The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for three with lounge area with a gas fireplace and comfy chairs. Off the living room is the game room in which are plenty of games and a spill over single bed. There is also a half bath
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and the large main bathroom. All bedrooms have large closets and dressers. The bathroom has a jetted tub and shower.
There is a laundry room with a dedicated work space.
Outside you will find a front porch but the backyard is where you will want to be! There are two decks. One with dinning table, couch, and comfy chairs (seating for 7). This deck is under a gazebo and surrounded by raised gardens. There are two vege patches, you are welcome to take what you need but please leave what you don't need for us or the next guest. The second deck has a built-in firepit surrounded by chairs and a couch and a hammock! The backyard is fenced in. We will consider dogs on a case by case basis and will include a fee if accepted.

A very comfortable place in a nice neighborhood. The host made the stay effortless. The outdoor sitting areas are great for a summer visit. Highly recommended.

Had a nice time in a good location in very comfortable house. The outdoor area is lovely and very fun to hang outside with friends. The AC works great in all bedrooms which are comfortable. Would rent again for sure
