As seen on Saratoga Springs Historic Home tour! Our Historic 1860's fully furnished home on a unique quiet street only a 5 minute walk from Siro's and 8 minute walk from Clubhouse and general admission entrance to the Historic Saratoga Race Course!
NEW: FRESH EGGS! We have backyard chickens!!! Grab your fresh eggs every morning! Cage free, self sustaining, meaning NO maintenance for our guests!

Whimsy and charm abound in this one-of-a-kind home. From a New Orleans style dining room to a front parlor with upright piano, and a large eat-in country kitchen. Front roman column porch, large backyard, (double city lot) with deck and gas grill. Free Wifi, family room with flat screen TV, laundry facilities and much much more. Also off street parking for three vehicles! Our neighborhood is a quiet two block long street which really is a respite from the craziness of activity two blocks away. Walking distances are as follows:
-8 minute walk to Nelson Avenue entrance to track (near Siro's)
-10 minute walk to congress Park
-14 minute walk to Fasig Tipton auctions
-15 minute walk to best restaurants on Broadway
-20 minute walk to Bow Tie cinemas

The home had everything we needed. The back yard was great to sit, have a cup of coffee and read. The interior was very clean, comfortable and had enough space to spread out. Also, the location was very convenient for the race track and downtown. Mike and Monica were very easy to work with and kept us up to date on any small changes that occurred. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.
